After her own first time home buying experience in 2009, Sam decided to pursue a career in Real Estate to help guide others through the process. Since becoming a full-time agent in 2010, Sam has been assisting clients in buying and selling, guiding them every step of the way to make the experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.

As a Colorado native born and raised in the Greater Metro-Denver area, Sam's familiarity with the area is an asset to her clients. Sam works within the Denver metro area, as well as the front range from Castle Rock to Longmont.

With over thirteen years of real estate experience, Sam has navigated buying and selling in established neighborhoods, new construction communities, as well as raw land. Her background in customer service and degree in Marketing paired with her communication and negotiation skills gives her a strong advantage in providing expectations and information throughout her transactions.

She enjoys spending time with her family, biking around town, skiing the Rocky Mountains, and camping. She loves to travel and explore new places, which means she's constantly discovering new gems within the Denver area as well.
