Buyer reviewHe always made us feel our best interest was at the heart of every conversation and action. At each home visit, Sergey would go straight to inspecting the foundation, the plumbing, the roof, the neighborhood - the aspects of the home that couldn't be cheaply improved and that would make the home a good investment. He never made silly comments about how 'nice' the home was like other agents we had. We never felt like he was trying to 'sell' us on a property, instead, he always gave us the most important information he could for us to determine if it was a home worth bidding on, especially at a time when most contingencies were being foregone.

Buyer reviewSergey was the best,He is very helpful and very honest,He's there whenever we need him,He works so hard to make us get the home, he answers the phone all the time when ever we had questions,We are second language and Sometimes we not understand some words on the paper ,and then he explain more details and be more clear with us. We highly recommend him for our friends and family. He makes Sure we put the money on the escrow on time.He send me all the instructions for the escrow he was contacting us and contacting the escrow and the Loan Officer's on the same time to make sure everything going great and on time. He is so polite so respectful so nice so patient he has a lot of knowledge we don't have any experience for buying house and he gaves us a very very good advices. Sergy is an amazing person and An agent. In the future for sure we will work with him
