She was always armed with so much info and found so many options for us even as we constantly were changing our list of wants and don't wants. She walked us through every step along the way and made this an enjoyable experience. She balances a level of professionalism with a down to earth personality that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed but also confident that she understands this process and is on top of all the things that we had no idea on. So grateful for ShaShanna for all of her help and guidance in buying our beautiful home!
