Seller reviewThis is our second home we have sold with Steve and Skye. We will continue to use them for all of our real estate needs and always recommend them to friends and family. We appreciate their honesty and aggressive pricing on real estate. We were told to maybe get a second opinion on what we could sell our home for in one occasion. On that occasion, the realtor priced our home 50,000 lower than Steve's opinion. Steve's comparative market analysis of our home was crucial for us. Steve and Skye give you educated advice on pricing (appraisals have always come through) and communicate thoroughly throughout. They will always advise you in the most honest way with the highest amount of integrity. Couldn't recommend them enough for some of the biggest life choices we can make. Thanks again!

Buyer reviewSteve's communication skills were excellent in helping us purchase a property. He explained information clearly, and contacted us as needed, in order to get the sale set-up and completed efficiently. The property had just been listed and Steve was able to schedule a showing with us, within 5 hours after contacting him. We were very pleased with his effort and his interest shown in helping us, his follow-through in getting us information requested, and checking back with us if we had any further questions. We were very pleased and confident in working with Steve Meidam.
