She demonstrated her expertise and experience beginning with her first walk through of our home, and this continued throughout a very short process - largely due to the work that was done before the house was listed, including the research to aid in setting the right price. Our home sold five days after listing, and settlement occurred thirty days thereafter - far exceeding our expectations! We were thrilled with Chantre' and heartily recommend her services.
