Buyer reviewA friend of my mom insisted we use Tammy from her previous experience and I am so thankful we listened. Tammy was nothing short of phenomenal. She met with us to discuss our wants and needs and from there it was a breeze. Tammy spent time researching homes to find those that "checked all of our boxes" and was ALWAYS available to show us homes. We looked at 4 and just as I was getting discouraged Tammy called and was eager to show us a property that we now own! Tammy NEVER left our side, assured everyone involved with the sale was on top of their responsibilities, got answers to all questions, negotiated on our behalf, ensured we were happy at all times, calmed us down several times, offered information on the area such as restaurants and schools, and she even contacted the HOA and trash companies for us. My mother and I have used 7 realtors collectively over the years and Tammy was truly different. She is an amazing agent and Century 21 is fortunate to have her.
