Buyer reviewTheresa was fantastic and made a wonderful first impression at the open house. As a worrier, Theresa managed my expectations and ensured I had all the information I needed to feel in control. Simply a nice human being that wanted the best for us. Although a simple comment, the rarity of this level of service in 2023 made this experience fantastic. I know she works on commission, but anything you can do to retain her as an agent I would encourage you to do it. Agents like her are rare between her fantastic personality, her knowledge, and most importantly her ability to bring calm to a very stressful situation.
