Brad believes in giving back to our communities and he and his team support various Schools, PTA, Neighborhood Swim Teams, and Toys for Tots each year. And of course, our Annual Pie Day at Thanksgiving. Brad has served his Real Estate family as a two-term director of the NVAR Board, he has been featured at the NVAR Convention and teaches/trains when called upon. Seller reviewBrad went over and beyond our expectations! Our sale was unique because we were selling our brother-in-law's town house, who was a full fledged hoarder with dementia. We did what we could in our time allowed. We live in Washington State and the townhouse was in Virginia. Brad took over with the clean up, helped us with paperwork and lost paperwork, guided us through all the procedures. We are both computer illiterate so it was a challenge he took on with patience and understanding. We wish all relators were as kind as Brad.
