After dealing with a reality comp over past couple year and not finding what I was looking for from long distance I stop at your office in gatlinburg they was to have a realtor get back to me Tina responded with in half hr and seemed to go out of her way her and her husband both did a great job In trying to find me property and helping get results to many of my questions and needs over times I was in the area and times I was at my currant home state I feel that they cared to help me on my quest and even since it was not a big sale and had to share the sale with another realtor they didn't just blow me off so cuddos the them both for a job well done I plan to do more realistate investing in the future and even if it's for sale by owner I still plan to have them represent me in any future purchases thanks again Dale Great job..... I was very satisfied with the long distance handling to get things done Before I meet up with tine I saw your office in gatlinburg stopped and the lady at the front desk was very polite and try to answer any questions I had and said she would have a realtor get back to me and short time later Tina lane called and in couple months we put a deal together that another realtor wasn't able to do and I felt they really didn't want to help because it was small sale your team made me fell there is hope for customer service which seems not to exist any more atleast since covid anyway My son was with me during this process and we both agree everyone on your team did a great job
