Born and raised in Georgia, Tina Sauls has roots to South Georgia and true home grown values. She has a passion for all aspects of real estate, successfully making the process enjoyable for all clients past present and future. Tina graduated Lowndes High School (Technical & College Prep Degrees) with Honors and Valdosta State University with a BFA in Mass Media. She has a career of over 15 years in the Film and Television Industry in Atlanta, GA working on over 28 projects from movies to streaming television, and loves to build relationships with new people in all walks of life. Her approach to Real Estate offers a unique creative aspect when it comes to listing properties to attract the right buyer. She takes pride in a wide learned variety of skills, work ethic, hustle, being thorough, and a stand out approach to communication. She believes in the importance of a handshake and getting the job done. Tina is lead by her faith and knowing its about more than a sale, its who you work with.

Tina enjoys restoring her grandparents 100 year old farmhouse, photography, kayaking, hiking, traveling with friends, decorating, road-trips, church, family time, coffee, painting, antiquing, yard work and being outdoors.
