Buyer reviewFrom day one Tisha made sure we were completely satisfied with what we were looking for. She was our voice with our mortgage team and the title company. If we didn't understand something she took time and explained what it was and answered every question we had in detail. She recommended services and gave her honest opinion about the companies. She never made us feel like we were a inconvenience, if we sent her a property, in less 24 hours we were there looking at it. As first time home buyers, I could not ask for a better realtor. We we're extremely blessed that Tisha was recommended to us and we would ABSOLUTELY use her again and recommend her to anyone buying a house. Thank you so much for everything you did for us!

Seller reviewMy husband and I were originally looking to downsize and Tisha was very patient as we were figuring out what we were looking for in other homes and where. You can tell she's well respected in the community, and she's very knowledgeable. She spent several weeks with us, only for us to decide we didn't want to sell. She was very understanding and told us we have to feel comfortable. A few months later we decided to find a house with my parents, which meant they also had to sell their home. They had a realtor but we convinced them to go with Tisha. They were very happy they did. Their house sold quickly and we found a beautiful home in Champions gate for our family of seven. We had two scheduled showings on our home within a few days and both of them made an offer. Tisha goes above and beyond! She even cleaned our sliding glass door after the cleaners hadn't. Tisha's a professional with connections for everything we needed. She's not only a great realtor, she's a great person!
