Buyer reviewThis house build has been extremely difficult. Tracey excelled at mediating between the builder and buyer to ensure a smooth closing. Her calm demeanor and pragmatic approach are crticial qualities for someone representing a buyer - especially in this case when so many moving parts of the build needed addressing and having to handle an extremely emotional buyer! Tracey was available at all times when I needed her. She went above and beyond what a realtor should have to do to ensure we closed on time... and in fact is still working out issues on my behalf!!!
