Because we were out of town for the majority of this process, Tumeca stepped up and went above and beyond the expected role of Real Estate Agent, guiding us towards the quick and successful sale of our property. Tumeca made sure to be both helpful and available to us at all times. My husband was out of country and had a 7 hour time difference, Tumeca had multiple late nights and early mornings while working with him so they could communicate. She displayed awesome knowledge of the local area and guidance throughout the process, including explaining the process and procedures for the closing of our property that neither me or my husband would be present for and how that would work. Her communication was mind blowing and very much appreciated both as first time home sellers explaining the process when questions were raised, but also reminders of deadlines, current happenings at the property with the buyers, scheduled showings with potential buyers so we knew the level of interest, and absolutely everything else that had to do with the sale of our home.
