My name is Zach Swislosky and I was born and raised in a small town in upstate New York. Every spring break from the time I was in the second grade my family and I would come down to North Carolina and rent a house on the beach. At the end of my seventh grade year, my parents bought their retirement home. My love for this area as a child brought me here to start my career in real estate. Add that to the patriotic culture here, and what's not to love≠!!! I look forward to serving those who serve us!

Seller reviewMy husband and I found out we needed to move to another state, and we had 2 months to fix our house and sell it. It sounds like a nightmare, we were stressed and scared. We reached out to Zach, told him what we needed to do and by when, and he turned what felt impossible into possible AND a reality. Zach is so educated about his field, and he knew how to translate every piece of information about hiring people to fix our house, pay them, selling, marketing, and more, to us, which was critical for us - while trying to sell our house while packing and moving across the country and not being present for any of it. We loved working with Zach. His enthusiasm in every call has contagious, and always helped us relax even when there were not-so-good news. Being away from our house while trying to fix it and sell it was EASY AND EFFORTLESS for my husband and I, JUST because Zach is amazing at what he does and took care of every single thing that needed to be done, and sold our house so quick.
