Mike also took the initiative to find me a second lender after my first one fell through due to the uniqueness of the property. He was also very patient and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Overal I am very happy in working with Mike and am grateful he was able to navigate a difficult path to make my dream home and shop/building a reality!
