They were always responsive and worked to clarify and confusions I had, getting back to me usually within minutes. Additionally, Eugene took several trips to the unit with me on off-hours to make sure I was confidant in the decision I was making. When it came to closing and contracts, Eugene was very clear and professional, keeping everything moving smoothly. I would definitely work with them again.
