In an extremely competitive housing market, he goes above and beyond to best serve his clients and assist them in finding their new home. Working with Michael, I was under contract on my dream home in less than 72 hours. From my first conversation with Michael, he was in step with what I needed in a home. Honesty, courtesy, friendliness, and knowledge of the area are all in Michael's wheelhouse. Michael's professionalism is a rare find these days. He knew what I needed in a home, and was honest about the homes we visited. Michael wasn't out to "make the sale", his goal was to help me find the best home for my family. Beyond my highest expectations, everyone I encountered at Century 21 Legacy was absolutely the best in their field. I've bought and sold several homes and this was by far my best experience. Within 12 hours she had a contract on our house. The house went into a bidding war and sold for more than asking price. We are very happy with the sale of our home. I would recommend Sherri to friends and family. She was very professional but at the same time it felt like she was family. She is very easy to work with. We now have her looking for us to buy a new home. We are confident this will go as smoothly as selling our house.
