Seller reviewIt is my feeling that this sale would not have completed without Grey's experience, local knowledge and understanding of the situation. He worked with the buyers agent and an agent in another state to see that all of the steps were completed so we could get to and complete the closing. Grey handled every twist and turn this sale threw at us. My mother was a broker for many years and I heard a million ways to lose a buyer from her. Grey had the knowledge of what was necessary to do to the house to improve the presentation and the knew the people to get that work done. In the end we sold the house for more than my family thought it would sell for. Can't ask for more from an agent.
