I started my Real Estate career in 1989 and became an Associate Broker in 2003 and the Managing Broker for Century 21 Dunn in 2006. I am the mother of 4 daughters and a grandmother of 7. My past times include playing with my Lab, Punkin, swimming, golf and going for long walks.
I am actively involved in my comminute, serving on the Airport Advisory committee as vice chair, the Otsego County ambassadors where I have served as secretary and vice Chair along with being Chair. In the past I served on the board for the Otsego County Habitat Board and recently helped with a women's build for the Otsego County Habitat. I am actively involved in helping bring the Airshow to the Otsego County area which we have every fathers day weekend.
Let me put my passion for community and helping others to work for you.

Once a summer destination, now I call it home. Prior to real estate, I had the opportunity to work in the field of spor ts recreation. This position combined several of my favorite things; community, people and making an impact. Whether I am enjoying a game of golf on one of our pristine courses, sampling the cuisine of locale fare or driving along the lakeshore, immersing myself in Northern Michigan culture is my inspiration. One of the things I enjoy most about being a REALTOR, is helping people ontheir journey to find their perfect home, tranquil vacation retreat or businessventure. In my eyes, these are all key to creating a vibrant community. I have an extensive background in marketing and social media, which allows me to give your listing the personal attention and more importantly, the exposure it needs to stand out and find the right buyer. I look forward to helping you find the right house, that you can make your HOME!

Tom Wiltse is a longtime resident of the Elk Rapids area, having moved to the area with his wife Susan in 1969. Both are graduates of Albion College. Tom taught science at Elk Rapids Schools for 30 years, retiring in 1999. Susan is also retired from teaching, after a 30 year career in early grades at Lakeland Elementary in Elk Rapids. She is currently operating the family self storage business, Pad Lock Storage, with 3 locations in Elk Rapids. The family also owns and operates a small manufacturing business in Elk Rapids, Paddlebuoy, manufacturing and selling paddleboards, since 1974.
Tom Wiltse has been an active Realtor since 2000, and has worked extensively with banks and asset management companies with bank-owned listings and sales since 2005. In addition to this specialized area of real estate, Tom and his team are quite active in the listing and sales of "fair market" residential, lakefront, and second home properties. With the able support of his competent staff, Tom is able to cover a wide range of the real estate market in the north. Although the office is in Elk Rapids, the team handles listings and sales in at least seven counties, including Antrim, Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Wexford, Charlevoix, and Kalkaska counties. Tom does not warehouse his listings. Pricing is an art that experience has helped to perfect. He has one of the shortest "Days on Market" averages in the region, and has sold more of his listings in the last 4 years than any other Antrim county agent. Properties listed at the right price make both buyers and sellers happy. Call Tom Wiltse.
