Seller reviewKaren was wonderful. I was only trying to sell for $35,000. The people offered that and she called me. I said okay take deal. She said I can try for more. I said no that's okay I'll take it. When paperwork was sent before closing with all the information I noticed or so I thought that the abstract company had made an error. I called Karen and she said no I countered their $35,000 to $37,000. They accepted and so it's $2,000 more than you expected
