Buyer reviewKaran went above and beyond to find the exact home that I needed. She took our lists of must haves and checked every box each time. She also gave great insight to each home of things that I loved and would also need to consider if I were to purchase the home. I will be using her in the future for all my real estate needs!

Seller reviewKaren was wonderful. I was only trying to sell for $35,000. The people offered that and she called me. I said okay take deal. She said I can try for more. I said no that's okay I'll take it. When paperwork was sent before closing with all the information I noticed or so I thought that the abstract company had made an error. I called Karen and she said no I countered their $35,000 to $37,000. They accepted and so it's $2,000 more than you expected
