A.J was very knowledgeable about styles of houses and was able to use that knowledge to help identify which houses would fit my needs. His knowledge of the home buying process allowed him to give me an in depth understanding of what steps we would have to take along the way before we even started the process. This cleared any future confusion I would have had and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. While looking for and at possible houses A.J pointed out good things as well as bad things about each. He was able to explain certain aspects about the property that I would have never thought about on my own. During the negotiation stages A.J told me all the options I had and made suggestions to me all while allowing me to decide on my own. His quick response time during this stage allowed us to move quickly and made the process much less stressful. A.J's personality will make you want to go look at more houses simply because he is a great person to be around. He was able to set up home visits and meetings with me even through my crazy work and school schedule. He made quick yet thorough responses to any email or message I sent him.

As a first time buyer, I looked for someone I knew would give our situation the time and attention it needed. A.J.
