I was matched up with AJ Allen through an internet home search. He was very understanding of my needs and wants and even arranged for me to view the house I ended up purchasing while he was on vacation. If AJ hadn't taken time out of his personal vacation to arrange for me to view the home, I very likely would have missed out on the house!

The photographs taken of the house were beautiful. AJ highlighted all the improvements we made over the years and wrote a lovely description. The valuation was spot on and we sold quickly for a great amount. AJ listened to our concerns and requests and respected our wishes throughout the process.

I cannot say enough good things about A.j. Allen. Because of him I found out about a great first time home buyers grant program and he was extremely honest about any questions I had. Within the first few minutes of taking with him he was seasoned enough to know what I was looking for in a house. I'm very detailed and he was always very patient. He is very down to earth, easy to talk to, friendly and professional, and quick to answer questions or schedule a tour.
