Buyer reviewSo, I checked another accomplishment off the list. It was once a dream …. now I am officially a homeowner! Becoming a first-time homeowner can be nerve-racking and my journey to today definitely had its moments and I had even considered pulling the plug. But thanks to my realtor Aaron, the prayers, and the support of family and close friends, I made it to the finish line. There are several monumental things about this journey however, the most significant is the actual date of closing. As I sat in the room signing my life away, it dawned on me that today (6.27) marks the date I first migrated to this country. When I migrated to this country, I had no idea where this journey would take me but today, I add yet another achievement to the list and for it to happen on this day makes it even more exciting. Buyer reviewMy Fiance and I worked with The Minster of Real Estate in relocating from Seattle to Southeastern Pennsylvania. To do so, we tasked Aaron with virtually (via facetime, zoom etc.) showing us homes and taking our parents on tours who also acted as our stand-in proxies. Given our unique buying experience of essentially buying a home sight unseen, this required attention to detail, flexibility, working across time zones, diligent communication, and expert stakeholder management.
