Buyer reviewHe was so patient with me when I would ask a million questions a day and he always got back to me quickly . He went to the inspection with me and kept a close eye out for things that would need fixed . It was a good over all experience . A little slower than expected but not because of Aaron .

Seller reviewAaron Parks is an excellent real estate agent. My home received an offer about 4 days after listing and sold 30 days after I accepted the first offer. The entire process could not have gone smoother. He took care of every aspect of the transaction with excellent professionalism. His photos were excellent; he presented himself professionally; answered all my questions and texts quickly; arranged repairs with contractors promptly; and worked out all the other details. Aaron even listed the property at a higher price than I initially hoped for (despite my hesitation/skepticism about the asking price and my desire to move the property quickly). Because of his professional opinion, the property sold for more than I predicted. He is a true professional. I will definitely list any future properties I sell with him. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to sell their home.
