Seller reviewOur home took quite some time to sell, and Adam was with us every step of the way. To no fault of our own, nor Adam's, it took three buyers before one finally stuck. We had one fall through due to a home sale contingency, the second had financing fall through and Adam attempted to offer assistance to their agent to make it work to no avail and finally the third buyer came with an all cash offer, although very particular and making low-ball offers, Adam assisted us through the negotiation process and across the finish line.
