Seller reviewAdam Kohn listened to my needs and his communication skills impressed me very much. He always anticipated what I would want to know and gave me answers before I asked. Because my home was older I thought it would be hard to sell, but Adam's plan proved to be extremely successful. I had many offers to review. It all went very well from start to finish, and very quickly. Adam Kohn was all of these things every single time I dealt with him: Polite, understanding, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy, professional, timely and clear communications, accessible, respectful and approachable.
