Seller reviewAdavid handled everything with extreme expertise and professionalism. When a few major challenges came up he over came them and made the sale. Adavid Broden is the only reason I selected this broker. Adavid contacted me 1.5 years before listing my property and maintained consistent contact throughout the sale. As stated several times, Adavid Braden is a Professional and knows his business. Anybody bypassing this man for another agent is making a huge mistake. I have no comments about the brokerage Century 21 preferred except that if all there agents are as knowledgeable and professional as Adavid Broden this is a top agency.
