Buyer reviewAdele Suddes was a pleasure to work with. While we were in Fernandina Beach, she was super accommodating showing us all the oceanfront houses on the market, and after we had returned home, quickly got over to another oceanfront house immediately after it had gone back on the market and facetimed us so we could see it as she went though the house. We were 300 miles away. She got the contract to the seller just as quickly and got us under contract in no time that same day. Her attention to detail has been over the top throughout all this, and her suggestions and help invaluable, as well as her resources. On top of all that, she's super nice and easy to deal with. We will definitely list with her if and when we decide to sell, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell there.
