Buyer reviewDuring our year long search for our new home, Alan pointed out flaws that we didn't notice ourselves in the homes we looked at. He kept a close eye o the deadlines and followed up with the attorneys. Alan went above and beyond to help ensure the purchase of our home went as smoothly as possible. He was clearly not driven by the commission on the purchase of our home as it was a "for sale by owner" property and the commission was negotiated far less than it would be in a typical real estate transaction. We truly were very fortunate to have found Alan as our real estate agent!

Buyer reviewWe met Alan Lurie by chance after having called the number on a Century 21 Lawn sign. He imediatly came out to show us the home. He was very friendly, knowledgeable. After realizing this particular home was not for us, he signed us up on his listing book. Alan Lurie showed genuine concern for us being first time home buyers and guided us through the entire process to find the right home. Alan Lurie was onsite for all inspections. We could not be present the day the oil tank was removed. Despite being a particularly cold day, Alan was there onsite, outside, kept us up to the minute status of everything involved and even texted and emailed us pictures! Was also a pleasure to work with Realtor Lori Ragovin. She scheduled appointments and was present for several inspections. She also kept us well informed with everything.

Seller reviewIt took awhile but they never gave up on us. They constantly reassured us. Everyone we met at the office was always polite and respectful. Alan was so understanding of all my family and what we need. He always put us at ease regardless of the circumstances.
