Seller reviewAl Perry was extremely helpful in the sale of my parents home, right after my mother passed away. I was responsible for handling the sale of the property and I live in California Working remotely Al made the process and experience easy. We needed to get the house cleaned out and Al recommended a few people that he has worked with in the past and we spoke to both and chose one who did a great job. During the process of getting the home on the market which took longer than we expected Al Perry was patient and helpful with suggestions and advice. Once we got the home on the market, we had multiple offers, some were serious some not, Al advised us on which to take seriously and ultimately Al brought an all cash deal to the table that made my father and our family happy. Al made the sale of our family home which my parents owned for 57 years an easy process and all the while being understanding, professional and efficient. I would recommend Al Perry to anyone who wants to work with someone who understands the South Philadelphia marketplace and wants to work with a professional.
