Alex was extremely professional and she was very patient with us. Because we were new to the area she showed us different areas in Jacksonville and because she lives here we were interested in what she had to say. The first place she took us is exactly where we settled on a home. We have had the chance to be here a few weeks over Christmas and explore the area. We feel we picked a perfect location for us. She also seen that we got a light over my sink, not sure why the builder didn't put one in but she handles getting one installed and was a gift from Alex to us.
