Let me introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me…First of all, I am a Marshfield native. Marshfield is my home town and I never found a reason to leave. Being involved in the housing industry has always been my profession and lifestyle. I am a licensed real estate Salesperson/Broker with CENTURY 21 Gold Key Realty, Inc. In the past, I owned a real estate/construction company and worked in the mortgage field as a loan originator. The real estate world is forever changing and every day can be a new adventure. I love what I do and invest time, continuing education and funds to be the best I can be. I have professional designations and have served in numerous areas on the Central WI Board of Realtors. I am supportive of our local communities and events and am willing to volunteer and donate to causes dear to my heart. No matter what phase of life you are at: purchasing your first home, needing a larger home for your growing family, relocating, downsizing, purchasing a second home or investment property, I can and would be privileged to help you! My personal life is all about my family, friends and the simple things in life. I have 2 adult children, Ben Franz and Megan (Lee) Umnus and 3 busy fun loving grandsons, Bryce, Calder and Dalton. My circle of friends is precious to me and our time together is appreciated. I enjoy simplicity. I love being 'That" Grandma at my grandson's ball games and other events. I enjoy going to the lake, camping and boating. My at home time is spent on improvement projects, gardening, cooking and baking. Buyer reviewAlice was very helpful when looking at houses, she was able to get me in for showings promptly while working around my schedule. Alice also tried to work with for sale by owner homes even if they weren't too keen with working with realtors. Alice was very responsive to questions at all times throughout the day. When looking at houses, Alice was honest if she knew there were existing/previous issues with the property and also pointed out issues while looking at houses.
