Seller reviewI've known Alice both personally and professionally since she started in the business. I'm in the real estate business as well and know many real estate agents but I always knew I wanted Alice to be my realtor once I decided to sell my property as I knew she would do an amazing job for us. Alice is a top notch realtor and person. She was a consummate professional on every aspect of the deal, from start to finish. This was a difficult sale and Alice handled everything perfectly. During inspections she was alert, during open houses she pointed out details we would not have noticed, and during the offer stages her suggestions were always made with care and knowing our needs up front. She was fully transparent, and gave us her opinion when we asked in order to help ease our decision-making process. She was extremely helpful during the P&S process as well, again using her years of experience to help include considerations we again would not have thought of. Even at closing, Alice made sure everything we needed was accommodated. Alice is a fantastic agent, and we loved working with her.
