Buyer reviewAlice was very knowledgeable, but more importantly she listed to our wants and needs. She made sure to make sure to point out the things that we didn't necessarily think about - closet space, amount of stairs at front door, entry way space, flow of rooms, etc. She walked us through the entire process and ensured we didn't miss any steps. She was also happy to give recommendations for services (attorney, lender, home inspector, etc) but was more than happy to allow us to use our own! We would recommend Alice to our friends/family and will be sure to use her when we buy our next home!
