Seller reviewAlice helped sell our condo quickly and to folks that I think will be very happy there. She was very accessible, responding without delay to any of our questions and she came up with great ideas to make the sale happen quickly and seamlessly. She's a woman of action! She'd check with us first and then make the ideas a reality and quickly. (For example staging and photography to make the unit look so attractive, bringing the necessary inspectors there, and making helpful suggestions to increase the likelihood of potential buyers finding what they wanted.) She is very experienced as a realtor which also means she understands all about what needs to happen with the condo management company, bankers, buyer realtor, lawyer, inspector, etc. She was great at guiding us thru all the maze of interactions. We highly recommend Alice!
