Buyer reviewAs a buyer looking to move from out of state, Alicia provided incredible knowledge regarding location that we simply did not have having been away from the area for over 30 years. Alicia was always quick with responses to our questions and has a vast knowledge of the local contractors and service providers that we will need now that we are completed with our purchase. It was great working with a person that actually cared about the needs of the client and extra hand holding that was needed for an out of town client. Alicia has more than earned our respect and forever gratitude for everything that she provided during our home search.

When we started on the house search, we met with Alicia for coffee where she genuinely tried to not only get to know us but also what we were interested in as her new clients. Alicia told us that she "wanted to take all the work of finding a new home off of us so we could tend to our busy work lives and raising our two little girls." She wanted the process to be as "stress free as possible." Now that our process is complete, I can say that she definitely kept her word!! From finding a home, scheduling showings, bringing us to tour multiple homes and sometimes more than once, including our families in the process, recommendations and scheduling inspections, and walking us all the way through to the closing table, Alicia was top notch!! Highly recommended for anyone currently searching for a new home or will be in the near future!

She performed a walkthrough with us before listing our home and made it very clear on what things needed to completed prior to listing our home. She continued to follow up with us to track our progress and was readily available for questions or in person throughout the entire process. Once listed, she always provided us with updates regarding viewing, marketing plans, price adjustments, and expectations regarding timeline of the sale of our home. Truly the best experience and extremely personable. Alicia even helped us find and dig up our St Joseph statue that we could not find. Highly recommend!

Seller reviewMy wife and I had to move across the state on short notice due to new employment, which also caused me to be out of pocket for most days. We met with Alicia and discussed what our hopes were for getting our house ready to list and getting it sold under these circumstances. She helped us lay out a plan to get the house prepped for sale and listed. She was very knowledgeable of the market and current trends and knew just what to do. We got our home listed in accordance to Alicia's plans and had several showings and offers the first day on the market. After talking things over with her and receiving guidance from her we were able to accept a great offer. She continued to be a great help and constantly communicate and update us through the entire sale process. She took a very stressful process and made it as smooth as possible. We couldn't be happier with her professionalism or the results we got from using her as our agent.
