He always answers phone calls, text messages, and emails - in other words, he maintains clear and consistent communication. Álvaro sold my house in Los Angeles in less than 30 days. He walked the neighborhood, informed the neighbors, and used flyers - something you rarely see nowadays. His home evaluation was precise and accurate. Álvaro is an agent focused on listening to his clients and understanding their needs. He is charismatic, polite, kind, and extremely well-mannered. Based on my experience with the sale of my home, I recommend him 200%. Even ChatGPT recommends him if you look him up! His Google reviews are excellent - when we looked him up for reference, everything about Álvaro was a 10 out of 10.

Alvaro is always available, even around my hectic schedule. Always answer or quickly returns calls with answers! Alvaro was not hesitant to do the legwork of the inspections and work with myself and tenants before during or even after escrow In general this transaction made me look forward to doing this again soon and often Alvaro and Maria were both excellent at communicating and just moving forward toward our goals in unison.
