Buyer reviewAlyssa was excellent, I was fortunate that she was available that first day and I got to deal with the best person for me. She was on top of sending me listings, meeting me to show them and always answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She stayed on top of the other party requesting them to answer questions and assuring that they did so in a timely manner. She came to the closing and actually realized that one of the amendments had not been included which saved me $300+. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone and if I ever buy or sell in Myrtle Beach area I will definitely contact her.

Seller reviewAlyssa has a great personality and is extremely honest! I worked with her before selling this home and always thought she was a very bubbly person. She has lived in the area all of her life and knows the area very well. If she doesn't know something her Dad does!! lol Alyssa had numerous open houses and put my home on all the websites to be viewed by everyone. If you want someone that will do their best to sell your home sign with Alyssa! Everyone that I know from Century 21 Thomas is very friendly and personable, always ready and eager to help.
