She was super responsive, had a lot of knowledge about real estate in the area and walked me through the steps of buying the home staying on task the whole time. She was super quick to reach out to the seller's agent or the HOA whenever I had a question or concern. Overall, the sale went really smoothly. She's also a great resource for contacts you might need after moving in (HVAC, handyman, electrician, etc). I would definitely recommend her.

It is such a comfort knowing that we could hand off the whole process to her and know that it would be handled in competent manner. As we live in Florida, it was on her to ensure our mom's house was ready to sell - she went above and beyond - getting it cleaned, staging it, showing it, and keeping us abreast of each step. While not a multi-million dollar listing, she treated this property like it was one. The transactions were seamless, the house was sold and we were able to attend to the needs of our mom, not worrying about a single thing-plus she negotiated and got us top dollar for the property.
