My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. I was nervous my house wouldn't sell quickly but she came up with a staging and marketing plan that had us with 5 offers in 48 hours. From there we negotiated and made it to closing with ease.
