Hi, my name is Amber Castles, I've been in the real estate industry since 2013, although I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years! My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. Seller reviewI am a real estate investor and have used Amber Castles' services on many occasions. Every property I have listed with Amber has sold at or above the list price and every property has had a contract within a week. Every sale has gone through without problems. Amber Castles' marketing plan for the property was superb and included staging, something that is not normally included with a medium priced property. Amber Castles is always polite, conscientious and professional. She is everything you want in a real estate agent. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

I have had several different real estate agents in the past, but have been using Amber Castles' services since being introduced to her about 5 years ago. I have stayed with Amber because she is knowledgeable, professional, caring, dedicated and understanding of my needs as a real estate investor. In this particular transaction, I was on vacation in Canada when the listing came on the market. We had been looking for a condo in Basye for quite some time. I did not want to lose the opportunity, so asked Amber to visit the property on my behalf and give me her thoughts. She gave a precise assessment of the property and took lots of pictures. We completed the deal before I returned to Virginia. Upon seeing the property in person we were very pleased. Amber, as usual, saw the purchase through from start to finish even though she was on vacation for the latter part of the transaction. Amber's performance was superb, as it always has been. Amber Castles will remain our real estate agent for many years to come.
