Hi, my name is Amber Castles, I've been in the real estate industry since 2013, although I've lived in Northern Virginia for the past 15 years! My family moved to Gainesville, Va., from Alice Springs, Australia in 2001, allowing me to see the rapid growth in both residential and commercial real estate in the local area. Seller reviewThe moment we met, we felt her genuine passion for her profession. She was enthusiastic and encouraging. She advised us how best to prepare our home for sale. We acted upon her recommendation and sold our condo within days of listing. Amber not only helped us sell, she also made sure we got into our new home in less than one month. She went above and beyond expectations to make sure we got into the home meant for us. We had met with a broker prior to meeting her but the moment we met, we connected with her right away. We are extremely satisfied with her commitment, sacrifice and dedication. We would recommend her over an over again.

Buyer reviewWe would use Amber Castles again in a heartbeat. Amber was always on top of getting us new listings, in a fast moving market. We got a great deal partly because of her personable demeanor and great rapport she had with the listing agent. We always knew what was happening with our contract We knew we could ask her any question and that she was fighting for us. We traveled through multiple counties and towns looking at houses and her knowledge of the vast area helped us greatly. We hope we will be in this home for a while, but if we decide to move in the NOVA area we will come back to Amber and Century 21. Thank you Amber!

Buyer reviewAmber took time out of her life to help us at any time we needed, even houses that we just wanted to look at but could not afford. She was there any time I called with any question I had to ask, she has a ton of knowledge when it come to real estate, she told us things that we weren't aware of and she even put our kids in consideration, when my kids take to someone then I know that someone is good. Amber looked out what was best for us, I like that she wasn't worried about selling a house and making a quick buck, she actually took the time to make sure the house was right for us. We will be using here from here on out. She's the best!!!!!

Buyer reviewDuring my time as a Banker I met a lot of Real Estate Agents and I knew when I met Amber I found the person I wanted to work with to buy our first home! She gave my wife and I space when we needed it and was knowledge and easily accessible when we had questions. Her knowledge of the area, the market, and the process made everything very easy. From the day we met to closing was less than two months! If you are thinking of moving you should give her a call. Highly recommended!

She patiently answered all my questions (of which there were many) and went above and beyond to get information for me. I appreciated that when the information was complicated I could call her and she'd go over things with me step-by-step. I know Amber had many more clients than just me, but she always made me feel like I was the only one.
