We were looking for a very perticular commercial building and she reached out to the owners to gauge interest in selling. With her perserverence we were able to successfully purchase the exact real estate we wanted and close four weeks after the accepted offer. She also went above and beyond to work out the logistics of the sale for both us (the buyers) and the sellers.
