Buyer reviewComing into the entire buying/selling process, we were unsure of nearly every aspect of the process including if we really even wanted to move. We surprisingly fell in love with the second property Amy showed us and Amy was superb from start to finish in the buying of the new house and selling of our current house. Within a few weeks of putting our house up for sale, she scheduled an open house. A month or so later, she also coordinated a broker's luncheon. In the end, she negotiated the offers on both homes and we were very satisfied with everything. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable of the Terre Haute area and local mortgage companies, inspectors, contractors, etc. Her reputation in Terre Haute (among people we personally know as well as all of the new people we dealt with throughout this process) is top notch and all of these factors made her the perfect realtor for us to work with. I would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone looking for a smart, knowledgeable, personable, patient local realtor with excellent communication skills, great smile, and who will keep you informed all along the way. Amy had the house listed with in a day or two and we had an accepted offer within a few weeks. Amy stayed in good communication and represented the property very well.
