Seller reviewMost of these questions have nothing to do with the sale of my condo. My parents condo had it's own trouble that had to be resolved before it sold. Amy was a large help in trying to relay the sale. Amy went out of her way because she understood the the problems and my position of me with no money and me living 200 miles away. Amy went out of her way to help empty some of the stuff that was left when I stopped going over to Sun City Center. I had no way of knowing what to with it or where to take it- broken T.V., broken file cabinet, old 5 gallon buckets of paint,down spouts etc. My father had been a Condo. President for a couple of years and kept a bucket of paint for each color of all the condos just in case someone needed a touch up of color or down spouts or etc. Every thing that I marked as good I have no idea about, I let Amy do what she thought was good and after we had enough money to fix the back porch she was able to sell the condo.
