Seller reviewExamples of Amy Matthews fast responses to our requests, we texted her on Thursday afternoon about two o'clock to ask her to find a new residence for us and what we were looking for, she responded within two hours. The next morning she notified us of a house on the market that she thought met our requirements, showed us the house in early afternoon, met us at her office and wrote an offer, and notified us the next day (Saturday) that our offer accepted. We talked with her about selling our house on Orin on Sunday, and another fast action by Amy Matthews, had pictures posted and sign in yard by Monday afternoon. We accepted offer on house on Tuesday evening and Amy again completed signing of papers and collection of earnest money that evening! Amy Matthews heard of our request to buy different house and less than 130 hours we had bought and sold the houses with her professional and friendly assistance.
