Buyer reviewAna is great! I couldn't be more pleased with her help finding my first home! She took the time to help me understand certain things that I was confused about as a first time buyer. She spoke both English and Spanish, which made a big difference for my family. Ana was always just a text or call away, patiently answered all our questions (even late at night), and guided us smoothly through every step of the process. We felt supported, respected, and truly cared for. Thanks to Ana, we now live in a house that we love and feel confident about our future. We'll always be grateful and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Seller reviewI recently dealt with Garlington Associates for the sale of my home in Woodforest. I selected Ana Henriquez as my agent after speaking to her on the phone. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable, yet so very professional. We lived in that home for 61 years and though I loved it , I was alone and felt the need to move on to live with family. I imagined it would be a terrible experience but with Ana's help. was made a pleasant one, handled so well and sold so quickly. There were prospective buyers the first day the sign went up, and sold in 3. Her help in selling my home was beyond anything I expected! I would recommend Ana to anyone seeking to sell their home.
