Due to the fact that I've known Ana for years prior to our house search, I knew I would be in good hands and would never come across someone I would lay my full trust upon like her. She is family, yet she always conducted herself in a professional and confident manner. She never made us feel as if we were on our own and was always there to address our questions and needs. Her priority was us the customer and our needs, and she attended us in the best way possible. Her familiarity with the housing market and the financing options with VA always left me in comfortable position, and any questions we would have she would always address. As soon as we found our dream home, Ana immediately made the arrangements to put us on track for the home, which is amazing due to how competitive the market can be. Since this is our first home, we were entering the housing market with a sense of unfamiliarity and doubt, but Ana provided us with all the knowledge and resources we needed. It's thanks to her that we now have our dream home!
