After I received the notification that I'd be relocating from MD to AZ. I felt a bit anxious, as I am a first time buyer in AZ and I learned market over there is extremely hot. I chose Ana as my real estate agent and we embarked on the process of property hunting. I'd be always so thankful to have her as our agent. She has a very lovely personality and she is also bilingual. After I first talked and described to her our preferences, she immediately started taking notes, looking around and including us in emails alerts. Market in AZ is so hot that after the properties come up in the MLS listing they could be gone in a couple of hours. As we were not physically in AZ she prepared virtual showings that really gave us the feel that we were actually there, she describe meticulously all the details and compared that property with others she's seen before that were sold recently in that area. She has an in depth knowledge of the markets in the Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix areas. Those were mainly the areas of interest for us as job location would be in Scottsdale. I would add without a doubt she has a sound knowledge of the whole market in AZ. After working with her for a few days days she managed to secure us a property that was a 100% match, then she guided us to the whole process of inspection and closing. She made us talk virtually with inspector and show us all the different hot points to be addressed. The whole process from beginning till the end went very smoothly. I was really impressed with her talent, skills, enthusiasm and people's skills. Thanks Ana for the excellent work, I appreciate very much the time you spent in our project.
